What Happens After You Contact Me?
When you reach out to PJ's Petals, you'll speak directly to me, Phyllis—not a call centre or automated system. I take the time to understand your vision, whether it's a dream wedding at Gretna Green, a heartfelt funeral tribute, or a birthday surprise that needs to arrive on time.
For wedding enquiries, I usually suggest a relaxed chat over coffee (or a video call if you're further afield) to discuss your colour palette, flower preferences, and venue logistics. I'll provide mood boards and samples where possible, and give you a transparent quote with no hidden fees.
For funeral flowers, I understand this is often an urgent and emotional time. I can typically accommodate short notice requests and will liaise directly with funeral directors at Roucan Loch Crematorium or your chosen venue to ensure seamless delivery.
Gift bouquets can usually be arranged within 48 hours, with free collection from my Lochrutton studio or delivery across Dumfries and Galloway. Just let me know your budget and occasion, and I'll handle the rest.
