These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using PJ's Petals services and ordering flowers.

Orders & Bookings

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Wedding consultations should be booked well in advance, ideally 6-12 months before your event
• Funeral tributes are available with shorter notice, subject to availability
• I reserve the right to decline orders if I cannot meet your requirements

Payment

• A deposit is required to secure your booking (typically 50% for weddings)
• Full payment is required before delivery or collection
• Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, or card
• Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable

Cancellations & Refunds

Weddings & Events:

• Cancellations more than 3 months before the event: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellations within 3 months: deposit non-refundable
• Cancellations within 2 weeks: full payment required

Funeral Tributes & Gift Bouquets:

• Cancellations before flowers are ordered: full refund
• Cancellations after flowers are ordered: no refund available

Flower Availability

All flowers are subject to seasonal availability. If your chosen flowers are unavailable, I will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives of equal or greater value. I work with nature, and each arrangement is unique.

Delivery

• Delivery is available within Dumfries, Gretna Green, Castle Douglas, Lockerbie, and surrounding areas
• Delivery charges vary by location and will be confirmed when booking
• Delivery times are approximate and depend on traffic and route efficiency
• Someone must be present to receive funeral tributes and event flowers
• For unattended deliveries, I cannot be held responsible for theft, damage, or wilting

Care Instructions

Fresh flowers are perishable. I provide care instructions with all arrangements. I cannot be held responsible for flowers that wilt prematurely due to improper care, extreme temperatures, or neglect.

Photography

Unless otherwise requested, I may photograph your floral arrangements for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer your flowers not to be photographed or shared, please let me know.

Liability

While I take every care to ensure your flowers are beautiful and delivered safely, I cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond my control, including adverse weather, venue access issues, or third-party delivery failures.
